My name is Paola, I am a mum of two, a globetrotter and a transformational marketing expert. I have always been passionate about diversity and women’s empowerment, in my personal as well as professional life. I started blogging about my favourite topics but quickly realised that, to bring about change, I had to take real action. I could not limit myself to speaking about empowering other women. I wanted to meet them face-to-face and work as a team to make change happen and move forward together.
The NOI club was born in 2015 to serve this purpose. I believe it embodies all the elements of a women’s advancement champion organisation! Born in London, it now serves women internationally.
